- 2 / 5By Tom SomebodyExpensive. Not only that, it is not very clean. And while I get that this is a smorgasbord type setting, some of the people who eat there are not very clean. Even a few would pick up food with their hands if a serving spoon or large tongs were not in the food bowl directly.
Not only that, but one of the workers was spray cleaning dishes and pans within just feet of the salad bar, while the water was all over the floor. It was gross.
